Our classes have a swan-based theme.

Our youngest learners (nursery, reception and year one) join us in Dosbarth y Nyth. In Welsh, 'Y Nyth' translates to the nest and this is what we aim to provide our youngest learners... a safe, nurturing environment.

Our Year two and three, learners join Dosbarth Yr Wyau. 'Yr Wyau' translates to eggs. Our learners here start to transform and 'break-out of their shell'.

By Years four and five, our learners join Dosbarth Y Cywion. 'Y cywion' translates to hatchlings (cygnets). Here, learners are becoming increasingly independent.

By Years five and six, our learners are getting ready to 'fly the Minafon nest' as confident and ambitious swans. Here, they form Dosbarth Yr Alarch. 'Yr Alarch' translates to the swan.
